Leah Kinghorn - Chairperson
Leah Kinghorn is Chairperson of Access Work Service Board of Directors and President of the Opeongo Seniors 50+ Club. 


Sandra Phillips, is  Board Member/Project Advisor of Access Work Service Board of Directors,  Project Advisor, is Executive Director at Community Living North Hastings Community Integration Association, with a BA DST with Honours and over 35 years experience working in the disability field.


Randy Babinski, is Treasurer of Access Work Service Board of Directors, holds a diploma in Business Administration Accounting.

 

 Sandra Coulas, is Vice Chairperson of Access Work Service Board of Directors. Her son has a disability / barrier to employment and she wants to bring awareness to the struggles families experience and to make known  the services available to people with disabilities / barriers to employment.
Jane Smith - CEO
Jane Smith, Program Co-Ordinator/Chief Executive Officer, charge of corporate services, charge of all programs and oversees/reports to the board.  Directly supervises Job Developers/Coaches and implements Communication Strategy, maintains an ongoing dialogue with Ontario Trillium Foundation staff, networks in the community attracting prospective employers and day to day operations.

Travis Richards - Self-Advocate to the Board
Travis Richards, Self Advocate to the Board. Travis Richards is the founder of Travis Richards Office Social Media Agency in Barry's Bay Ontario. 

 

 Amanda - Customer Service FacilitatorAshley Verch Customer Service Facilitator.  The Customer Service Facilitator reports directly to the Program Coordinator for Access Work Service and is the primary contact person for walk in office visitors and incoming phone calls.  Provides administrative office support and networks in the community to increase awareness of the value of hiring individuals with barriers/disabilities and attracting prospective employers.

David Archer - Job Coach
David Archer, Job Developer/Job Coach and was a founding board member. Training of clients in essential employment skills, liaise/promote client workers to employers, networks with local employers to provide inclusive job opportunities, monitor/support both client and employers throughout employment all while promoting social inclusion.

 

Tess Herron - Job Coach
Tess Herron, Job Developer/Job Coach. Training of clients in essential employment skills, liaise/promote client workers to employers, networks with local employers to provide inclusive job opportunities, monitor/support both client and employers throughout employment all while promoting social inclusion.
