Provides administrative office support and networks in the community to increase awareness of the value of hiring individuals with barriers/disabilities and attracting prospective employers.

Training of clients in essential employment skills, liaise/promote client workers to employers, networks with local employers to provide inclusive job opportunities, monitor/support both client and employers throughout employment all while promoting social inclusion.
