As the new member of the Access Work Service team in the role of Customer Service Facilitator, she brings an extension background in customer service, coupled with courses in providing stellar customer service excellence for people with barriers. She networks in the community with new and current clients to keep our AWS relationship current. Plus, providing administrative office support and being the primary contact person for walk-in office visitors and incoming phone calls when not working remotely due to COVID. With a background in carpentry, she also enjoy hunting, fishing and camping. When not working, she's usually spending time with her children and dogs. When not enjoying family time, she enjoys being creative doing different crafts and creating on her cricut machine.
